Some women prefer to workout exclusively among women, for this case we offer special women only fitness classes. At the Dakmak gym we have a group of Certified Personal Trainers helping women gain strength physically and mentally through all types of physical fitness. Here you will achieve great results in a fun and motivating environment along with ladies of every age, size and fitness level. Our classes include various exercises, starting from the gentle yoga finishing with the strength training.

Yoga poses are designed to restore and re-energize the body, mind and spirit. Yoga increases flexibility and improves balance. As you progress your body to move through harder yoga poses, you practice body connectedness and strength.

But if you want to go harder and already started thinking about weights our strength training class is exactly what you want. For some reason, people think that if women lift weights, they will look like men, but that is physiologically impossible. Weight training can help you reach your aesthetic goals, whether that’s looking perfect in evening dress or having shaped arms for summer. Strength training is also great stress reliever. Exercise improves your mood and outlook on life: physical activity stimulates a range of brain chemicals which when released will make you feel happier, more relaxed and at ease with life.

Women, perhaps more than men, can benefit from weight training in the long run. Women are more susceptible to osteoporosis than men are. You can decrease the risk of osteoporosis earlier in life by ensuring that you train with weights at least two times a week. This will increase bone density which will keep your bones stronger and healthier once aging starts to take its toll.

Physical differences between men and women also affect how they approach fitness. There is a difference between what men and women can do and should do. For example, women’s pelvises tilt more than men, so they may need to do a slightly different type of squat to protect their lower backs. A couple of sessions with our qualified personal trainers will help you set your levels so you can find out when to push and when to ease off. Our personal trainers will demonstrate all the exercises to prevent you from hurting yourself and do their best to help you achieve your goals. They will also give you information about nutrition basics and how to get all the nutrients women’s bodies need.

It’s up to you which class is more suitable for you but remember that If you spent time in the gym in your younger years, you will be able to have a more independent life later and look younger too.
